The FORMAT Coarse Cleaning Fleece
Maximum performance with minimum heat development. The FORMAT coarse cleaning fleece with ceramic grain is just right for the most stubborn dirt. It removes heavy contamination on welding seams such as scale, tarnish, rust as well as glue, varnish and other contamination on metal.
This is made possible by the high strength and special structure of the fleece: Evenly scattered ceramic grain on particularly robust nylon fleece. Extra coarse. No corrosion-producing ingredients. Therefore ideal for use on stainless steel. The fleece has a particularly long service life, which minimizes the time needed for tool changes.
The FORMAT coarse cleaning fleece enables particularly cool grinding. This prevents discoloration of the material due to excessive heat. The high cleaning performance also ensures a fast result. The surface structure of the base material is not affected.
FORMAT coarse cleaning fleece is available on glass fabric plates in ø 115 mm and ø 125 mm, as coarse cleaning discs in ø 100 mm and ø 150 mm and for the Roloc® system in ø 76.2 mm.
