Instead of individual solid steel wires, the trim material of the FORMAT cup brush consists of steel wire filaments wrapped together. This is why the wires are more flexible and ensure gentle material removal. The wires also break less frequently, meaning that the service life is prolonged considerably. The result is a fine, satinised surface.

The crimped wire is ideal for light to medium cleaning work, and for roughing and matting surfaces. The M14 thread means that the FORMAT cup brush can be used on all conventional angle grinders with adjustable RPM.
