Design creates power
The FORMAT all-steel screw clamp with Kraftkant® handle enables you to achieve very high clamping forces thanks to the square handle that ensures a very efficient transmission of force. The square handle consists of 2 components. The integrated red soft zones protect the hands and guarantee high anti-slip stability. The firm, black zones serve as roll-off protection and ensure the solid shape.
Made in Germany
Slide rail, fixed bracket and pressure plate manufactured from one piece of structurally optimised, cold-drawn profile steel. Mobile bracket made of forged, galvanised zinc-plated heat-treatable steel, smooth-running spindle with rolled, cold-twisted, burnished trapezoidal thread, and with mobile pressure plate.
Universal use
The FORMAT all-steel screw clamp with Kraftkant® handle can be used in all industries. It provides high clamping forces with low tool weight.
