Screw connecting with a specified torque, you don't just need any old torque wrench. It needs to works with precision and still withstand the strains of permanent use. Like this FORMAT hero.

The integrated lever reversible ratchet with 1/2" square reliably enables controlled right tightening. The direction is changed using a switch lever. A release mechanism means the required setting can be quickly adjusted using the handle, without the need for tools. Accidental adjustment is also prevented. The wrench is available to choose in three variants with the torque ranges 20 – 100 Nm, 40 – 200 Nm and 60 – 300 Nm.

The high contrast scale is underneath a sight glass with magnifying effect and the micrometer scale ring provides for very high adjustment accuracy. A clearly audible and tangible signal is produced with the pre-set torque. The actuation accuracy has a tolerance of just ± 3 %.

The torque wrench characteristics: The sturdy steel tube construction is painted in highly visible red, and is galvanised. The look is rounded off by the ergonomic, black plastic handle. This is what a real FORMAT hero looks like.
